Rob Lamond is rare in our industry being the only Technician employed by any of the suppliers of assistive technology for vision impaired people in Australia. Rob has been working at Quantum for 4 years, starting with running our inventory and logistics area before turning his many skills towards performing repairs.

Rob enjoys tinkering with motors and all things electronic and loves nothing more than maintaining his cars and motor bikes. When he can, he fits in a ‘track day’ at Eastern Creek Motor Racing Circuit where he races, in a safe environment, his motor bike.

Rob brings a level of commitment to Quantum in servicing all of our products to a high level of competency, aided by the backing of our suppliers. If you’ve had your electronic magnifier repaired at Quantum, you have Rob to thank!
